By accessing this site or engaging Sortwind for services, you agree to these terms. Customer engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and one or more Statements of Work (SOW), which supersede these site terms.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, probe its security, or use it to transmit malicious content.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, code samples, designs, logos — is owned by Sortwind unless otherwise noted. Customer-specific work is owned per the relevant MSA, typically by the customer upon payment.
4. Warranties and disclaimers
This site is provided “as is.” Sortwind disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Engagement-specific warranties are set out in the MSA.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sortwind’s liability for site use is limited to USD $100. Engagement liability is governed by the MSA.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
