Sortwind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in India, headquartered at Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, with an additional office in Bengaluru. We provide engineering services to enterprise customers worldwide.
2. The data we collect
We collect contact information you submit through forms on this site (name, email, company, role, and message). We collect server-side analytics (page views, referrers, anonymized IP) to operate and improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
We use this data to respond to inquiries, to operate our business, and to improve our services. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except as needed to operate our business (e.g., transactional email providers) or as required by law.
4. Customer data
When we engage with a customer, any data we process on the customer’s behalf is governed by the contract between us and that customer. Sortwind operates inside the customer’s environment by default. We do not retain customer data beyond the engagement unless explicitly contracted to do so.
5. Security
We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. Access to systems is role-based, audit-logged, and reviewed quarterly. Production secrets are managed through dedicated vaulting.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing privacy@sortwind.dev. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. We notify customers of material changes by email.
